  1. RESEARCH

    It is important that you know what a recruiter is looking for before your send your details. If you do not match the criteria given then make sure you ‘self-select’ the roles you feel you would be good for you.

  2. PREPARE

    Make sure your CV is informative but brief, and your achievements really stand out. For example if you are applying for a sales role then mention some of your key clients and the size of the business you managed to win.

  3. APPLY

    Ensure you send a CV or details about yourself and why you feel you are relevant for a role. Recruiters receive hundreds of applications daily for their roles – you need to make sure your details are easy to read and detailed with contact information, months and years of employment. Try to avoid too many text images and strange fonts!
